Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help small businesses succeed through a consultative sales approach. You'll receive best-in-class training and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions. This position is based in Addison, Illinois.

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by reaching out to small businesses and offering them tailored digital marketing solutions. You will develop a consultative sales approach that focuses on building long-term client relationships, ensuring that you understand their needs and can provide the best solutions.
You will engage with clients across a wide variety of industries, making each day different and exciting. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients, presenting Hibu's offerings, and following up with leads to close sales. You will also participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses. You will have the opportunity to earn between $90,000 and $120,000 in your first year, depending on your performance.
