You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking roles, or digital ads sales. Your background includes experience with Google Ads products, which is highly preferred. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to articulate problem statements clearly and perform data analysis to provide actionable recommendations that drive commercial value. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to influence stakeholders effectively without direct authority. You thrive in fluid and ambiguous environments, demonstrating the ability to focus on execution while balancing quality and speed.
As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be a trusted advisor to the Australia New Zealand leadership team, helping to shape the future through go-to-market strategies. You will provide critical insights and tactical recommendations that support leadership decision-making and ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and expectations. Your role will involve running the business cadence and helping the organization navigate various issues while implementing best practices. You will develop marketplace intelligence and insights to drive customer-centric strategies and enable seller engagement. Additionally, you will perform analysis and modeling to identify trends and opportunities, structuring and communicating your findings to influence executive stakeholders. Identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement will also be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the needs of the team and stakeholders are met effectively.
