UiPath is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive customer success by providing technical advisory and ensuring platform health. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in enterprise software solutions. You are a curious and self-propelled individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment, and you genuinely care about helping customers succeed with their automation journeys. Your ability to build trust and act as a technical advisor is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality service and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. You are comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including customer success directors and product support teams, to drive customer outcomes. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of customer engagements, ensuring that you provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Desirable

Experience in automation technologies or enterprise software is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and best practices will enhance your ability to deliver value to clients. A background in consulting or technical support can also be beneficial as you engage with customers to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at UiPath, you will take ownership of your assigned customer engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their technical success with the UiPath platform.
