What you'll do

As a DashMart Team Member, you will be responsible for receiving and managing inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and properly rotated. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Your role will involve monitoring product quality and freshness, ensuring compliance with food-handling and spoilage management processes. You will actively engage in warehouse organization and safety, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

You will contribute to a positive team atmosphere, working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve the team's goals. Your tasks will include picking, packing, and sorting orders efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their deliveries promptly. You will be expected to communicate clearly with customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding their orders. Your proactive approach will help enhance the overall customer experience at DashMart.
