As a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of AWS data centers. You will collaborate with front-line responders to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and are prepared for any situation. Your role will involve monitoring critical infrastructure systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to maintain uptime and efficiency. You will work closely with teams across AWS to deliver high standards of service and support.
You will engage in hands-on work with servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment, ensuring that all components are operational and secure. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of AWS services, helping to provide customers with continual access to the cloud.
