What you'll do

In this high-impact role, you will drive strategic analyses that identify key opportunities to improve the core product experience for Earnin’s customers. You will partner closely with the Product and Engineering teams to design and run experiments that inform product development and optimization. Your role will involve implementing rigorous testing methodologies to ensure that data-driven decisions are made effectively.

You will be responsible for establishing end-to-end measurement and reporting processes, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to relevant data insights. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver value across the consumer lifecycle and measure performance for future optimizations. Your insights will play a critical role in shaping the product roadmap and driving growth initiatives.

You will also have the opportunity to upgrade Earnin’s experimentation stack by implementing tools that enhance the testing process. This includes exploring advanced methodologies that can provide deeper insights into user behavior and product performance. Your contributions will directly impact how Earnin leverages data to inform its business and product priorities.
