Deel is seeking an HR Implementation Manager to oversee the integration of their payroll and HR platform for global teams. You'll be instrumental in driving compliance and operational efficiency across various regions. This role requires experience in HRIS and project management.
You have a strong background in HR implementation and project management, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. Your understanding of HRIS systems allows you to effectively manage integrations and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating inclusive workplaces that empower employees.
Experience working with global teams and understanding of international labor laws would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with payroll systems and compliance regulations is also beneficial, as is a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
In this role, you will lead the implementation of Deel's HR platform across various regions, ensuring that all systems are integrated smoothly and efficiently.
