Doctolib is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead partner training and marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for developing training plans and marketing strategies to enhance partner engagement. This role requires experience in marketing operations and content marketing.
You have a strong background in partner enablement and marketing, ideally with experience in developing training programs for partners. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and have a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Your ability to adapt training materials to different products and specialties is key to your success. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with various teams to achieve common goals. You are proactive in seeking feedback and continuously improving training processes to better serve partners.
In this role, you will formalize and operationalize the initial training plan for new partners, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. You will design ongoing training programs that leverage internal content, adapting it to meet the specific needs of different products and specialties. You will define and deploy the Marketing Partnership plan, aligning it with business objectives to maximize partner engagement. Your responsibilities will include creating marketing tools to help partners generate leads, such as social media kits, newsletter inserts, and co-branded assets. You will also highlight partner successes through various channels, including the company website, FAQs, and social media. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a strong partnership ecosystem that drives mutual growth.
