Google Workspace Consultant (English)

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in project management and technical solution delivery. Your background includes deploying or managing cloud productivity solutions for enterprise customers, and you are familiar with SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS platforms. You possess strong communication skills in English, enabling you to effectively manage client relationships in the region. Additionally, you may hold an MBA or a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, which enhances your qualifications for this role.

You have experience with customer-facing cloud productivity solutions, including the entire lifecycle from discovery to execution. Your ability to work with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and collaborate with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers is a key asset. You are knowledgeable about IT security practices, including identity and access management, security and data protection, encryption, and certificate and key management. Your understanding of typical mail, networking, security, and integration concepts further supports your capability in this role.

What you'll do

As a Cloud Engineer for Google Workspace, you will engage directly with Google’s customers on critical projects, providing management, consulting, and technical advisory services. You will work closely with client executives and key technical leaders to facilitate their transition to the Google Workspace Platform. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of service delivery, such as pipeline, capacity, and quality management, while collaborating with cross-functional groups within Google and executive contacts in system integrator and client organizations. Your goal is to ensure positive customer outcomes from the workspace solutions you implement.

You will evaluate technical solution offerings and translate business goals into effective digital strategies and outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest cloud productivity solutions and best practices, ensuring that you can provide the most relevant and impactful advice to your clients. You will also be responsible for promoting Google Workspace solutions, helping clients understand the benefits and capabilities of the platform, and guiding them through the implementation process.
