Saronic is seeking an Equity Plan Manager to oversee the administration of employee stock incentive programs. This role requires strong communication skills and expertise in equity compensation to support employees in understanding their ownership value.
You have a strong background in equity compensation and have spent several years managing employee stock incentive programs. Your attention to detail ensures that equity programs are administered efficiently and compliantly. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to explain complex equity concepts clearly to diverse audiences. You are a subject-matter expert who collaborates closely with Finance, People teams, and the Legal team to provide accurate guidance to internal stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to supporting employees in understanding the value of their ownership.
