Apple is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Workload Identity team to manage identities for applications and services. You'll work extensively with Golang to enhance security practices. This role requires 7+ years of software development experience in large-scale environments.
You have over 7 years of software development or production operations experience in large-scale environments — you've navigated complex systems and understand the intricacies of managing identities for applications and services. Your strong programming skills in Golang are complemented by a deep understanding of security practices, allowing you to effectively contribute to the development of secure applications. You possess a blend of technical expertise and operational experience, which enables you to address identity challenges on a large scale within the organization.
You are a technical lead engineer who is passionate about security and its implications for software applications. Your experience includes defining and advocating for standardized security requirements, and you have a proven track record of guiding engineering teams to incorporate secure practices into their development processes. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to influence the future of security protocols within your team.
Experience with cloud resources and managing authentication and authorization protocols is a plus. Familiarity with large-scale operations and the ability to monitor progress on security initiatives will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape security practices at Apple.
