Your strong programming skills in Golang are complemented by a deep understanding of security practices, allowing you to effectively contribute to the development of secure applications. You possess a blend of technical expertise and operational experience, which enables you to address identity challenges on a large scale within the organization.

You are a technical lead engineer who is passionate about security and its implications for software applications. Your experience includes defining and advocating for standardized security requirements, and you have a proven track record of guiding engineering teams to incorporate secure practices into their development processes. Desirable

Experience with cloud resources and managing authentication and authorization protocols is a plus. What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in the Workload Identity team, focusing on creating fundamental security services that address identity challenges. You will define, advocate for, and drive the adoption of a standardized set of minimum security requirements, ensuring that your team adheres to the latest and most effective security practices. Your influence will extend to guiding engineering teams as they incorporate secure practices and tools into their development processes.

You will monitor progress on security initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security protocols are effectively implemented. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineers to develop and enhance security services that manage identities for software applications, services, and containers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that these workloads can securely access cloud resources without requiring manual credential management.
