You have a degree in a relevant field and experience in improvement projects — you understand how to analyze processes and implement effective solutions. You are proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau, and SQL, which you use to derive insights and drive decisions. Your strong prioritization and analytical thinking skills enable you to tackle complex challenges effectively. As a team player, you excel in cross-departmental collaboration, including working closely with management to ensure alignment on operational goals. You are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and have a passion for optimizing workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and support Yellow and Green-Belt projects within the production environment, focusing on enhancing key operational metrics sustainably. You will take responsibility for change initiatives, overseeing the introduction of new processes, technologies, or systems, and ensuring their successful integration across the organization. Your project management skills will be essential as you plan, control, and accompany projects in the realm of Operational Excellence, including implementation, monitoring, and reporting. You will also share your knowledge through training and coaching, equipping team members with methods and tools for process optimization. Regular documentation of best practices, process improvements, and lessons learned will be part of your responsibilities, as you report progress and successes to management. You will set clear standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement based on the principles of 'Standard Work' and proven methodologies.
