You are an organized and proactive individual with experience in coordinating workflows and managing logistics in a fast-paced environment. Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar high-stakes environment would be beneficial. Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics optimization techniques is a plus. In your role as Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials and parts to support lab operations. You will organize parts and materials systematically, ensuring that everything is easily identifiable and accessible. Monitoring part supply levels will be a key part of your responsibilities, including managing shelf-life storage and consumable inventory. You will maintain documentation of standard equipment and tooling, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will track and coordinate the movement of parts to ensure project readiness, overseeing inventory requests and material cycle counts. Implementing and maintaining 5S standards for tools, equipment, and consumables will be essential to optimize testing schedules and enhance operational efficiency.
