Coupang is hiring a Customer Operations specialist to ensure the safety and compliance of retail products. You'll review legal documents and product information while utilizing Excel and Word. This is an entry-level contract position based in Seoul with remote work options.
You have basic computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word, which are essential for reviewing product content and legal documents. You are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that customers receive safe and compliant products. Your experience in eCommerce or similar departments is a plus, as it will help you understand the nuances of product monitoring and compliance. You are willing to undergo training and are open to working in an office setting during this period.
In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the content necessary to provide safe products to customers. This includes checking compliance with content standards, ensuring that there are no misleading advertisements, and confirming the validity of required legal documents. You will work closely with the POC team to contribute to the safety of products sold through Coupang's platform. Your attention to detail will help prevent any discrepancies that could affect customer trust and safety.
Coupang offers a contract position with a duration of three months, providing you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the eCommerce sector. You will receive training for up to five weeks, during which you will work in the office located in Jamsil, Seoul. The role offers a competitive salary of 26 million KRW annually.
