What you'll do

As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory receiving and ensure that all products are accounted for. You will actively engage in picking, packing, and sorting orders using technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages and stage orders for delivery. You will communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app, especially when substitution approvals are needed. Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, and you will perform all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. You will also complete cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management, contributing to a well-organized and efficient workspace.
