What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Qualtrics, you will lead the Enrichments EMEA team in creating and managing critical data services. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems that enhance our platform's capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients and drive business success.

You will be responsible for influencing multiple teams and driving the technical vision of projects. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
