Revance is hiring a 2nd Shift Packaging Associate to ensure timely production assignments in their Johnson City manufacturing plant. This role involves repetitive tasks on the assembly line and requires attention to detail. The position offers a salary of $15.00/hr plus a shift differential.
You are a detail-oriented individual with a high school diploma or equivalent, ready to take on the responsibilities of a Packaging Associate. You understand the importance of consistent and punctual attendance in a manufacturing environment and are quality-driven, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Your manual dexterity and coordination are strong, allowing you to perform repetitive tasks effectively.
As a Packaging Associate, you will work on the assembly line, filling bottles and jars with product. This role requires you to perform various repetitive tasks, including putting lids and caps on containers and packaging finished products into shipping cases. You will also be responsible for labeling containers, unfolding cartons for production, and preparing shipping cases by using a tape dispenser to close the bottom of the box. Checking for lot numbers and expiration dates on containers is crucial, as is maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will notify your lead person or supervisor of any production issues and may be required to work in other departments as needed.
Revance offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00, with an additional $0.75 shift differential for the 2nd shift. You will work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM in a supportive team environment.
