KnowBe4 is seeking a Senior Account Executive to develop and manage Global Accounts while maximizing sales opportunities. This role requires strong sales skills and a focus on customer relationship management.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing and developing strategic accounts. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the nuances of selling cybersecurity solutions and can effectively communicate the value of KnowBe4's offerings to potential clients. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-person collaboration. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is paramount, as you will be responsible for promoting and selling KnowBe4’s products and services to maximize subscription levels and account growth.
You are results-driven and possess excellent negotiation skills, enabling you to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify cross-selling opportunities within your book of business, ensuring that you not only meet but exceed client expectations. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of your clients and the market.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the challenges and needs of your clients better. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and human risk management will give you an edge in discussions with potential customers. You are a team player who values collaboration and is eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing accounts designated as Global Accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and promote KnowBe4’s products and services effectively. Your primary objective will be to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas by targeting your book of business and maximizing cross-sale opportunities. You will engage with clients to increase subscription levels and add additional seats as accounts grow.
You will collaborate with various teams within KnowBe4 to ensure that clients receive the best possible service and support. This includes working with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and with product teams to provide feedback on client needs and preferences. Your role will also involve regular communication with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction with KnowBe4’s offerings.
