Contentful is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to support their North American Strategic Accounts. You'll guide enterprise customers through digital transformation and maximize their ROI with Contentful. This role requires strong relationship management and strategic planning skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience working with enterprise clients. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders is key — you understand the importance of being a trusted advisor and can navigate complex organizational structures. You are skilled in developing strategic success plans that align with customer business goals and KPIs, ensuring that you drive execution against those plans effectively. Your experience in guiding customers through digital transformations has equipped you with the insights needed to maximize their investment in technology solutions.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, solution engineering, partnerships, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement, and you are adept at leading business reviews to communicate outcomes and align on strategies. You are passionate about driving adoption and enablement, ensuring that customers realize measurable impacts from their investments.
Experience in the digital experience or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Contentful's platform. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to inform your strategies. A background in project management or strategic planning will help you excel in this role, as will your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will act as the primary post-sale relationship owner for a portfolio of multinational, enterprise customers with complex digital experience needs. You will develop and execute strategic success plans that deeply understand customer business goals, digital roadmaps, and KPIs. Leading quarterly and executive business reviews will be a key responsibility, where you will communicate outcomes, surface new opportunities, and ensure alignment on multi-year digital experience strategies.
You will guide customers through ongoing adoption of Contentful, ensuring they realize measurable impact across speed, performance, personalization, and operational efficiency. Identifying and removing barriers to adoption will be crucial, as will your ability to drive platform expansion. You will partner closely with internal teams to ensure that customer goals are met and exceeded, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
