Vanta is seeking a Senior Demo Engineer to lead the design and management of demo infrastructure. You'll collaborate with Solutions and Sales teams to deliver impactful demonstrations. This role requires strong strategic thinking and technical mentorship skills.
You have a strong background in engineering with a focus on building and maintaining scalable systems — your experience allows you to architect demo environments that reflect real-world customer scenarios. You possess excellent strategic thinking skills, enabling you to define long-term visions for demo infrastructure, including automation and integration with go-to-market workflows. As a senior member of the team, you are comfortable mentoring peers and guiding them in best practices for demo environments. You thrive in cross-functional settings, acting as a technical partner to Solutions Engineers, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Experience in security or compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 would be a plus, as it aligns with Vanta's mission to help businesses earn and prove trust. Familiarity with demo customization frameworks and tools will enhance your ability to deliver tailored demonstrations for strategic opportunities.
In this role, you will take ownership of the demo platform, architecting and maintaining scalable systems that showcase Vanta's offerings effectively. You will innovate and strategize to define the long-term vision for demo infrastructure, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the market. Your leadership will establish best practices for demo environments, focusing on scalability and reliability to support global availability. Additionally, you will develop frameworks that enable repeatable customization of demos, enhancing their impact during presentations. As a mentor, you will guide your peers in technical aspects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.
