ABBYY is hiring a Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support the execution and administration of global compensation and benefits programs. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure competitive and meaningful compensation practices. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and program support experience.
You have a strong analytical background and experience in compensation and benefits administration. You understand the importance of data-driven recommendations and can effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance compensation practices. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and meaningful for employees across different regions.
Experience in a global organization is a plus, as is familiarity with market analysis and program evaluation. You may have worked with external vendors and understand the nuances of compensation structures in different regions. A background in HR or People Operations would be beneficial, as well as knowledge of relevant compensation software and tools.
In this role, you will support the execution and administration of ABBYY’s global compensation and benefits programs. You will conduct market analysis to inform compensation strategies and ensure that our offerings are competitive. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Finance, and Payroll to align compensation practices with the organization’s philosophy. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating existing programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. You will also be responsible for operational coordination, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
