The opportunity:

As Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Strategic Analytics, you will play a critical role in supporting business development, licensing, M&A, and competitive intelligence activities through strategic modeling and financial analysis. You’ll contribute to the development of long-range planning models, valuation of internal and external opportunities, and creation of decision-driving materials for executive leadership. Additionally, you’ll be supporting deal execution, cross-functional due diligence, and alliance management. In partnership with the Senior Director, this position ensures a consistent and strategic approach to evaluating opportunities and advancing corporate growth initiatives.
