Plume is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced global software organization. This role involves providing primary support and requires strong organizational skills. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
You are a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent organizational skills and have a knack for anticipating needs, ensuring that the CEO can focus on strategic initiatives without being bogged down by administrative tasks. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to interact effectively with various stakeholders and represent the CEO's interests with professionalism. You thrive in a dynamic setting and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail. You understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, and you are committed to supporting the leadership team in achieving their goals.
In this role, you will provide primary support to the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings, ensuring that the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the executive office. You will also serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization. Your role will involve organizing company events and meetings, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly. You will be expected to take initiative in identifying areas for improvement within the executive office and implementing solutions that enhance productivity.
