What you'll do

In this role, you will work hands-on with Site Operators to administer training and support in the field, ensuring that all managers, shift leads, and associates are properly executing recipes and following procedures. You will be responsible for launching new culinary concepts and providing continuous support to site teams through regular training touch-points. Your role will involve auditing training materials and ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. You will collaborate closely with the Culinary, Kitchen Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure a seamless training experience. Your impact will be felt as you help to scale DoorDash's DashMart Kitchens and contribute to the success of this innovative business.
