BlaBlaCar is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join their Technologists Team. You'll be responsible for monitoring and testing systems, providing support to B2B partners, and conducting training sessions. This role requires proficiency in English and a strong analytical mindset.
You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mind, capable of completing assigned tasks clearly and competently. You possess PC proficiency at the level of a confident user, particularly with internal unique systems and products. Your ability to take ownership and align with business priorities makes you a great fit for this role. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-growing, and innovative environment, demonstrating responsibility, attentiveness, and high self-organization. You have at least an intermediate level of proficiency in English, which is essential for effective communication with external partners. Previous experience in online marketplaces, logistics, or transportation companies is preferred but not mandatory.
As a Technology Support Specialist at BlaBlaCar, you will monitor and test the functionality of both internal and external systems. Your role will involve providing daily support to our external B2B partners, ensuring they have the assistance they need to utilize our services effectively. You will also animate coaching and training sessions for new bus providers and external agents, helping them understand our systems and processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining, filling, and editing data within our systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Your contributions will play a crucial role in improving the interface and functionality of our systems, ultimately enhancing the user experience for our partners.
