Program Manager, AI Operations

You have a strong background in program management, with a proven track record of overseeing complex projects from ideation to execution. Your technical acumen allows you to bridge the gap between sales leadership and technical teams, ensuring that AI agents deliver measurable business impact. You are passionate about scaling AI-powered solutions and have a keen understanding of existing business processes. Your experience includes developing comprehensive documentation and governance frameworks that guide the behavior of AI agents. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools with business objectives.

Desirable

Experience in AI operations or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with process optimization techniques. You are comfortable leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) processes, and you have a knack for identifying inefficiencies in business operations. Your ability to create training materials and deliver training programs will be invaluable in enabling teams to effectively utilize AI tools.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of AI agent deployments, managing every phase except the technical build. You will identify areas where AI agents can drive performance improvement and develop Business Intent Documents that outline how agents should behave. Your responsibilities will include leading UAT/QA processes, executing SOQL queries for data validation, and coordinating testing and phased rollouts. You will also conduct technical troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various teams to align AI tools with business objectives and build comprehensive enablement materials, including training guides and playbooks. Your role will be pivotal in driving the successful implementation of AI solutions across the organization.
