Agoda is seeking an Associate Manager for Strategy & Analytics in Bangkok to drive profitability optimization and KPI management. You'll work with data analytics and business strategy to support strategic partnerships.
You have a strong background in data analytics and business strategy, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You are skilled in SQL and have a keen understanding of profitability optimization and KPI management. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive insights from complex data sets, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are willing to relocate to Bangkok to join Agoda's dynamic team.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, as is familiarity with strategic partnerships and business development. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to align on goals and strategies.
In this role, you will lead efforts in profitability optimization and target setting for Agoda's strategic partnerships. You will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights to enhance partner performance. Collaborating with the Strategic Partnerships team, you will design tailored business solutions that drive measurable value for Agoda and its partners. You will also manage KPI tracking and reporting, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress and outcomes. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and align on strategies that benefit both parties.
