Vixxo is hiring a full-time Equipment Technician to service Toronto, Canada, and the surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $ 23/h to $ 29/h, depending on experience.

THE ROLE:

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements set by customers, including conducting thorough inspections, performing timely, correctly executed equipment maintenance, and completing descriptive, accurate paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• People enjoy working with their hands and tinkering with anything electrical or mechanical.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs
• Smartphone proficient for inventory, manage scheduling, and other tasks
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
