MongoDB is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to enhance processes and optimize tools for the legal team. You'll focus on implementing innovative technologies and improving workflows. This role requires experience in Contract Lifecycle Management and a keen interest in leveraging AI.
You are a motivated professional with a background in legal operations, ideally with experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). You understand the importance of optimizing processes and have a knack for identifying pain points within workflows. Your analytical skills enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather business requirements and configure workflows that meet their needs. You are also interested in exploring how AI can enhance existing processes, driving efficiency and innovation within the legal team.
Experience with legal technology tools and a strong understanding of legal processes will set you apart. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will promote the adoption of CLM best practices across the organization, ensuring that the legal team is equipped with the best tools and processes. You will plan the expansion and development of the future roadmap related to the CLM system, working closely with various stakeholders to identify pain points and implement effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include documenting issues, solutioning, testing, and rolling out new features and processes, as well as providing training to ensure smooth adoption.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and configure workflows that enhance the efficiency of the commercial contracting process. Your role will also involve ongoing support and enablement for existing tools and workflows, ensuring that the legal team can operate at peak efficiency. By leveraging innovative technologies, you will help drive the transformation of legal operations at MongoDB.
MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role in Canada, between $62,000 and $86,000 CAD. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, you will also have access to mental health counseling and a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with employer match.
