HelloFresh is seeking an S&OP Lead for their operations in Australia and New Zealand. You'll harmonize cross-functional inputs to develop integrated business plans and ensure effective resource allocation. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations.
You have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, demonstrating a strong ability to harmonize cross-functional inputs from various teams. You excel in developing integrated business plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring that all teams have a single source of truth for effective decision-making. Your background includes collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to create actionable supply plans based on accurate demand forecasts. You are skilled in optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and waste. You have experience in tracking and reporting key metrics to drive continuous improvement and are proactive in identifying potential supply chain risks.
Experience managing a team of demand planners is a plus, as you may be responsible for developing and mentoring team members. Familiarity with S&OP processes and metrics will enhance your ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
In your role as S&OP Lead, you will be the driving force behind the integration of cross-functional inputs to develop forward-looking business plans for HelloFresh and EveryPlate across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate closely with marketing, procurement, and product teams to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for various SKUs and categories. Your responsibilities will include translating these forecasts into actionable supply plans, taking into account production capacity, raw material availability, and supplier lead times. You will facilitate regular S&OP meetings and workshops to ensure alignment on a unified business plan, optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs and waste. Additionally, you will track and report on key S&OP metrics such as forecast accuracy and service levels, driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also identify and proactively mitigate potential supply chain risks, ensuring that the organization is prepared for any disruptions.
This is a permanent full-time role based in the Sydney Head Office, with a hybrid working environment that allows for flexibility.
