AppleCare Service is looking for a highly analytical, motivated, hard-working individual with a supply and demand planning background in fast-pace, high-product-mix environment. You will lead service inventory planning, identify and analyze demand trends at both macro and micro levels, balance supply and demand while generating and managing forecasts on a global scale. This role requires consistent management of AppleCare service inventory through the use of advanced planning systems to analyze supply and demand situations across the globe, supporting customer segments and channels across service customers, business-to-business partners, and many others while achieving target fill rates, avoiding and mitigating backlog, and achieving financial goals. The role also requires consistent and clear communications of forecasted supply, constraint prioritization, and management of supply chain disruptions with partner teams including vendors, distribution centers, and our global cross functional partners. Additionally this role also requires partnership with AI/ML solutions teams to develop, test, and implement enterprise-wide solutions as well as to optimize existing workflows, supply cost, and inventory levels.
