Who you are

You hold a bachelor's degree and have over three years of relevant experience in real estate management and logistics. You possess practical experience in identifying potential real estate sites and negotiating contracts, demonstrating your ability to manage real estate effectively. Your flexible thinking allows you to communicate smoothly with relevant departments and external partners, ensuring collaboration in logistics network expansion. You are open to traveling within the metropolitan area and other regions as needed.

Desirable

Experience in real estate contracts, building permits, and regulatory reviews is a plus. Familiarity with real estate project finance and development of small to medium-sized logistics centers will enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the acquisition, disposal, and management of company-owned real estate to ensure efficient integration. You will lead communication efforts both internally and externally to drive the real estate strategy that supports the expansion and operational efficiency of Coupang Logistics Services. Your responsibilities will include negotiating leasing contracts for small and medium-sized logistics centers and urban logistics centers, as well as developing collaborative space models with government agencies and large enterprises. You will also be involved in designing new networks for delivery and introducing new operational models to enhance logistics capabilities.
