What you'll do

As a Program Manager on the Engineering Enablement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance the productivity and cohesion of the engineering organization. You will support the Engineering Bootcamp, facilitating onboarding for new hires and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams, including Security, IT, and Talent Acquisition, to build scalable solutions that align with the company's roadmap. Your role will involve organizing operations and events that foster communication and collaboration within the engineering teams. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining documentation and tooling that supports engineering efforts. By leveraging emerging technologies, you will help shape the future of DoorDash's products and systems, ensuring that engineers have access to the right resources to elevate quality and accelerate execution.
