As the first APAC-based Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our most complex customers across the Asia-Pacific region. You will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, helping clients harness the full potential of our Claude capabilities, including API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code. Your role will involve understanding customers' business objectives and AI vision, allowing you to provide tailored guidance and best practices. You will work closely with the broader account team to identify the right Claude capabilities for each customer's specific needs, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment. You will also focus on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implementing change management strategies, and optimizing use cases to drive success across their organizations. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future of enterprise AI adoption in the APAC region.
