Overview

Carvana is seeking a Program Manager to lead initiatives in leadership development and culture within their teams. You'll collaborate with various departments to execute impactful programs and processes. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to team development.

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in leadership development and team culture. You thrive in environments that require flexibility and attention to detail, and you are committed to implementing and executing programs that foster team growth. You understand the importance of collaboration and are eager to work closely with various teams, including Talent Development and Talent Acquisition, to enhance the employee experience. You are a proactive individual who enjoys taking initiative and driving change within an organization.

Desirable

Experience in People Operations or Learning & Development is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on your goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for aligning various stakeholders around common objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for executing programs and processes that support the development of team members and leaders at Carvana. You will collaborate with the Talent Development team to design and implement leadership training initiatives that align with the company's values and goals. You will also work closely with the Learning & Design team to create engaging learning experiences that foster employee growth and development. Your role will involve analyzing program effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

You will engage with business leaders to understand their needs and ensure that the programs you develop are tailored to meet those needs. You will facilitate workshops and training sessions, providing support and guidance to participants as they navigate their development journeys. Additionally, you will help to create a culture of continuous learning within the organization, encouraging team members to take ownership of their professional growth.
