Crusoe is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to build and activate high-impact relationships across AI startups and venture ecosystems. You'll collaborate with various partners to drive adoption and joint initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of AI startups and ecosystem engagement.
You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development, ideally within the tech or AI sectors — you understand the intricacies of building relationships that drive growth and innovation. Your background includes working directly with founders and cross-functional teams, allowing you to navigate complex environments effectively.
You possess a deep understanding of the AI landscape, including the challenges faced by startups in terms of infrastructure and market entry — this knowledge enables you to create tailored go-to-market strategies that resonate with partners. You are results-oriented and have a proven track record of turning partnerships into tangible business outcomes.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives — you can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working hands-on to build programs from the ground up.
You are proactive and have a strong bias for action — you don’t wait for opportunities to come to you; instead, you seek them out and create them. You are comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and can pivot quickly based on changing circumstances.
Experience in cloud infrastructure or technology partnerships would be a plus — you understand the technical aspects of the solutions you promote and can engage in meaningful discussions with technical teams. Familiarity with venture capital ecosystems and startup accelerators will enhance your ability to connect with potential partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and activating high-impact relationships across AI startups and venture ecosystems — you will identify key partners and develop strategies to engage them effectively. You will collaborate with infrastructure partners and selected AI/ML platform partners to create joint go-to-market initiatives that expand Crusoe Cloud’s footprint.
You will operate with a hands-on approach, working directly with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and product to ensure alignment and execution of partnership strategies. Your role will involve creating and managing programs that drive adoption and revenue impact, focusing on practical outcomes rather than traditional alliance management.
You will engage with founders and technical teams to understand their needs and challenges, translating these insights into actionable partnership strategies. You will also monitor the effectiveness of partnerships, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize impact and ensure long-term growth.
