Overview

First Resonance is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure successful adoption and utilization of their software solutions. You'll build strong relationships with clients and guide them in maximizing product value. This role is based in El Segundo, CA.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in software solutions. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, ensuring they receive maximum value from the products you support. You are proactive in engaging with clients and have a knack for project management, particularly in onboarding new customers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively advocate for customer needs within your organization. You are comfortable working closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at First Resonance, you will lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our software solutions. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact for all post-sales activities. Your role will involve proactively engaging with clients to drive product adoption, providing guidance and best practices to maximize their use of our solutions. You will advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product development efforts. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for contract renewals and expansion within existing accounts, contributing to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. You will also act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
