You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in software solutions. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, ensuring they receive maximum value from the products you support. You are proactive in engaging with clients and have a knack for project management, particularly in onboarding new customers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively advocate for customer needs within your organization. You are comfortable working closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth. As a Customer Success Manager at First Resonance, you will lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our software solutions.
