What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Director of Demand Generation and be responsible for developing and executing AI-powered growth programs. You will analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and create reliable systems for acquiring and expanding the customer base. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and marketing strategies. You will utilize your SQL skills to extract and analyze data, turning insights into actionable marketing plans. Additionally, you will prototype fast solutions to test hypotheses and refine strategies based on performance metrics. Your work will directly contribute to Gorgias's mission of transforming ecommerce through Conversational Commerce, making every customer interaction meaningful and impactful.
