What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for LaunchDarkly's enterprise solutions. You will lead strategic planning efforts, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth discovery efforts with customers to identify strategic product opportunities and translating insights into a long-term product vision and roadmap. You will collaborate with engineering and design counterparts to scope and deliver initiatives that drive business value. Additionally, you will define and lead the execution of complex product initiatives, balancing risk and technical feasibility while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. Building and maintaining deep relationships with our largest customers will be crucial to your role, as you will work to deepen platform usage and accelerate adoption.
