Mid-Level Auto Mechanic (Post Production) - 2nd Shift, $4000 Bonus

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As a Mid-Level Auto Mechanic, you are skilled in performing light to medium automotive repairs and have a solid understanding of various vehicle systems. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary.

You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications such as ASE would be a plus, as would experience with advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. You are open to continuous learning and development opportunities that Carvana offers, including training programs for entry-level positions.

What you'll do

In your role as a Mid-Level Auto Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing general automotive repairs, including working on radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You will also complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as carry out vehicle climate control repairs and replacements for ACs and heater cores. Your expertise will ensure that vehicles are in optimal condition for customers, contributing to Carvana's mission of delivering exceptional vehicles.

You will work closely with a team of automotive professionals, collaborating to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your role will involve diagnosing issues and determining the best course of action for repairs, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
