About the role

We're looking for a senior-level product manager to join the team.

In this role, you'll lead the development of products end-to-end, from conception through development and rollout.

To help finance teams in their job, you will work on a wide range of topics, including financial services (payment & financing), integrations with accounting software, and workflow automations.

This role is strategic and will shape the future growth of Upflow.

As part of the product team, you will report to Jean-Malo.

What will you do

• Perform up-front discovery through user interviews, competitive research, data analysis, etc., and present findings to the team with conviction and rigor

• Help engineers and designers deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make great product decisions

• Write detailed specifications clarifying how the product evolves along each feature

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products you own

• Craft messaging around upcoming features that resonates with users

• Enable sales and marketing teams to communicate with customers effectively

You would be a great fit if

• You have a natural curiosity and excitement about the end-user and the jobs they do

• You can demonstrate taste - you care about the quality of the products you build and use

• You're an excellent writer and synthesizer. You are fluent in English.

• You can build a thesis for prioritization and communicate priorities using a sound strategy that combines principled thinking, research, and data

• You have a strong business sense and understand how product and GTM should collaborate, how your features may be monetized, and how product priorities fit into larger business priorities

• You have 5+ years of experience in the software industry. A keen interest in payment/financing/accounting.
