You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, even if it means working mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

Experience with advanced painting techniques such as airbrushing and paint mixing is a plus. Familiarity with using state-of-the-art tools in an automotive setting will help you excel in this role. A willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential, especially if you are starting in an entry-level position.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by priming and sanding them to perfection. You will mix paints to achieve the desired colors and finishes, ensuring that every vehicle looks its best. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you perform touch-ups and buffing to enhance the final appearance of the vehicles. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing the latest tools and technologies to deliver outstanding results. You will also participate in training programs designed to help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
