Google is seeking a Senior Product Area Business Partner for their Extended Workforce Solutions team. You'll manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic recommendations across multiple workstreams. This role requires extensive experience in vendor management and contingent workforce management.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience related to vendor management, procurement, partnerships, or supply chain operations. Your background includes managing complex programs and projects, as well as developing and implementing project plans. You possess strong skills in contingent workforce management and have the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders while effectively managing conflict. You are adept at communicating change across all levels of an organization, from executives to front-line employees.
An MBA or graduate degree is preferred, as well as experience in optimizing outsourced operations and driving efficiency through best practices and policies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about advocating for informed decision-making to ensure partners find the right talent in the right locations.
As a Product Area Business Partner, you will play a critical role in delivering extended workforce models across Alphabet. You will help product areas, bets, and functions mature their extended workforce strategy and support the execution of key initiatives. Your responsibilities will include owning strategic recommendations and driving roadmaps across multiple workstreams. You will gather data insights to inform decision-making and represent Extended Workforce Solutions broadly, discovering opportunities to improve existing processes, systems, and solutions.
You will collaborate closely with product area extended workforce management teams to plan and execute their unique resourcing models, achieving shared goals and objectives. Your role will require you to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and ensure that Google's policies and guidelines are consistently adhered to. You will advocate for the Extended Workforce Solutions team in a challenging space, ensuring that the needs of the organization are met while optimizing the extended workforce experience.
