Clari's Infrastructure organization builds systems and tools to enable engineering velocity in a reliable manner. We partner with engineering teams to establish standards, improve reliability, and increase cost-efficiency. This is a great opportunity to make a massive impact on scaling cloud infrastructure to meet the high demand and rapid growth of both users and workload per user.
About the Role
The Developer Experience Team is responsible for building and optimizing service frameworks, patterns, and local development processes that empower teams to easily create high-quality, remarkable products. The team also owns libraries, services, and CI/CD tooling that provide common functionality used by teams across Clari. You will be instrumental in laying the foundations for the next generation of services built by our AI and product development teams.
As a technical leader within the Developer Experience Team, you are passionate about improving the day-to-day experience of your fellow engineers. You have experience with Java development and build systems such as Bazel and Gradle, and you're comfortable navigating the complexities of large monorepos. You’ve spent time fine-tuning IDEs like IntelliJ and VS Code to enhance developer workflows and productivity. You enjoy writing GitHub Actions that streamline build, test, and deployment processes, and you take pride in designing reusable libraries, frameworks, and application patterns that provide common functionality for product development teams across the company. You hold strong opinions, loosely held, and welcome new perspectives supported by thoughtful reasoning and data. You thrive in a collaborative environment where cross-team impact and a diversity of ideas are valued.
This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.
