Pennylane is seeking a Talent Development Manager to enhance the daily lives of entrepreneurs in France. You'll focus on leadership and collaboration across departments while navigating scale-up challenges. This role requires strong management experience and fluency in English and French.
You have strong leadership skills with direct management experience — you understand the nuances of guiding teams through growth phases and fostering a collaborative environment. Your business orientation allows you to effectively collaborate with C-level executives and various departments, including Product, Sales, and Engineering. Proven experience with scale-up challenges is essential, as you will be navigating the complexities of rapid growth. You possess a solid understanding of French and European HR regulatory requirements, including mandatory training and professional interviews. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, enabling you to communicate effectively in a diverse workplace.
