What you'll do

As the Compliance Officer at OKX, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective compliance framework for the Seychelles operations. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that all regulatory requirements issued by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) are met. Your role will involve developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures that align with both local and global standards. You will monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization, ensuring that the compliance program remains responsive and effective. You will conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you will work closely with legal, operations, and risk management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance. You will also be responsible for training staff on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
