Desirable

Experience in automation technologies or enterprise software is a plus, as is familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven solutions. You have a strong understanding of customer needs and can translate technical concepts into actionable strategies that drive business value. You are comfortable working with technical stakeholders and can provide guidance on best practices for implementing automation solutions.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at UiPath, you will take ownership of your customers' technical success, engaging proactively to influence their automation strategies. You will provide embedded technical advisory services, guiding customers through the technical maturity of their automation programs. Your role will involve educating and enabling customers' technical stakeholders on best practices for the UiPath platform, ensuring they are equipped to maximize their investment in automation.
