Overview

Acquia is seeking a Customer Account Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships. You'll engage in day-to-day account management and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail and a focus on customer experience.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you strive for customer satisfaction in every interaction. You understand the importance of being an advocate for your customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences with Acquia are positive. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Finance, to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for account growth and retention, and you are passionate about delivering value to your customers.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly with digital experience platforms or open-source technologies, is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and strategies will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and processes that can enhance your effectiveness as an Account Manager.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will proactively engage with customers on a day-to-day basis, addressing any issues that arise and working to resolve them promptly. Your goal will be to create a positive customer experience that leads to subscription renewals and potential upsell opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Sales to identify new opportunities within your existing customer base, leveraging your understanding of their needs and challenges.

You will also work with Technical Support to ensure that any technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to gather feedback and insights, which will inform your approach to account management and help drive improvements in service delivery. You will be expected to track account performance metrics and report on your progress to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
