What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with engineering and product teams to improve the security of Verkada’s products. You will be responsible for building security and privacy platform services for Verkada’s Command SaaS platform, driving their adoption across the organization. Collaborating with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will help grow the broader Verkada security programs, ensuring that security measures are integrated into all aspects of product development. You will also work on expanding the adoption of Enterprise-Controlled Encryption in Verkada’s products, enhancing the security features that protect customer data. Your role will involve writing code in various technology stacks, allowing you to stay hands-on while leading your team. You will share your security experience with other teams, helping to cultivate a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
