Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Adoption Strategist to drive the adoption of Shopping product solutions within their Global Sales organization. You'll partner with Sales to onboard and activate advertisers, focusing on performance goals. This role requires strong collaboration and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record in product adoption strategies, ideally within the advertising or e-commerce sectors. Your experience includes working closely with sales teams to drive product engagement and success. You understand the nuances of customer needs and can tailor solutions to meet their goals. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your strategies and measure success. You are passionate about helping businesses grow through innovative product solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for scaling the adoption of Reddit's Shopping product across Large Customer Sales and Mid-Market advertisers. You will collaborate with Sales teams to pitch, onboard, and activate advertisers on Shopping product solutions. Your focus will be on driving high-priority business opportunities and ensuring that advertisers achieve their performance goals. You will develop and implement global ads product adoption programs, working closely with Product, PMM, Strategy & Ops, Enablement, and Marketing Science teams. You will analyze adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process and product offerings. You will also engage with account teams and advertisers to understand their needs and provide tailored support. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through effective product adoption strategies.
